Hello, old friend.

Alabama Gulf Coast Convention and Visitors Bureau is committed to informing and supporting travelers visiting the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach area. Additionally, they play a pivotal role in promoting the local tourism industry by driving potential guests to book lodging reservations, learning more about the white sandy beaches and finding the best places for dining and entertainment along Alabama’s Gulf Coast.

The challenge

Alabama Gulf Coast Convention and Visitors Bureau sought a partnership with a team that could support a full script-to-screen production of a national broadcast campaign. This dual-narrative video campaign aimed to create a timeless storyline that speaks to the variety in adventure, entertainment, and amenities along the white sand of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, Alabama, for families and couples alike.

Our Solutions

Carefully Crafted Concepts

During the initial Discovery Phase, the Vivid Bridge team met with the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism marketing team to identify the campaign goals, review inspirational pieces, identify key locations and analyze talent profiles. Next, the Vivid Bridge team presented several crafted concepts using the Holistic Creative Process. This collection of ideas resulted in a dual narrative taking a full-scale, 3-day production, visiting multiple Gulf Shores & Orange Beach areas.

Audience-Driven Narratives

After collaborating and selecting the top two creative concepts by the client, Vivid Bridge entered the development phase to concept the audience-driven narratives followed by the talent sourcing, scriptwriting, storyboarding, location scouting, and production design. With the crew booked, on-camera talent ready, and gear loaded for the set, the team headed out for the multi-day shoot. Always prepared, Vivid Bridge even had a rain-plan on standby to mitigate weather-related interruptions.

Effective End Results

After three days of beautiful blue skies, the shoot wrapped. The final video campaign effectively communicated the beautiful location, diverse list of activities and endless opportunities for fun in the sun for both families and couples visiting the area.
