The challenge
In 2018, IMS Expert Services were acquired by Trinity Hunt Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm. They sought a video production to introduce themselves to their new family of companies and be versioned to work as a general brand film with options for more specific videos to follow.

THINKING WITH THE END IN MIND
After acquisition by Trinity Hunt Partners, IMS was introduced to the community of companies owned by the firm at a large annual meeting, including a video presentation to communicate the identity and culture of who IMS is. While they were offered a small team typically contracted by THP, IMS wanted to work locally and produce a piece with a larger narrative scope while additionally creating a content library for future video work.
PRODUCTION LOGISTICS & DESIGN
Vivid Bridge Studios worked with IMS to find a balance of production scope, desired deliverables, and timeline to design a video production that would bring the most value to IMS and establish the foundation of a solid long-term client relationship.
IN-DEPTH DISCOVERY
Comprehensive pre-production research and pre-interviews combined with extensive scouting and shot design resulted in a production phase that elevated the deliverables beyond a typical brand story and matched the innovation and polish that IMS has brought to their industry.
LONGETIVITY IN CONTENT
The final piece was presented at the Trinity Hunt Partners annual meeting, garnering extensive positive feedback amongst their new peers. The content filmed during its production has also produced seven additional deliverables to date, making the overall production more efficient than projected.
